About Us

On Sunday, May 15, 2005, 7 (seven) of the 14 (fourteen) founders participated in a ride to Prescott, Arizona.  The idea of starting a new motorcycle club was introduced.  Later the same day, the name "Lost Brotherhood" and the protected badge as the logo were officially adopted. On August 3rd, 2005 by the vote of the membership the club was formed with the chapters in Arizona, New York and Indiana. In 2008, we voted in Chapters in Florida and Nevada.

We are a non-profit 501 ( c ) 3 organization whose purpose is to promote the sport of motorcycling, enhance the brotherhood between personnel within the Criminal Justice field and support the Arizona Peace Officers Memorial, sponsor the St. Tate Lynch Memorial Run on the first Sunday of May every year, help fellow fallen or injured criminal justice personnel and other worthy causes. Our main purpose is to enjoy the company of each member, ride and have no politics or policies to interfere with this mission.

The founders decided that too many clubs exist that are controlled by one group of individuals, a board, or committee that make the rules for all and make many feel unwanted or unappreciated. The original intent was not there, but as politics go, it happens. We are a club of members, run by the members and governed by the members, members who live and believe in the brotherhood that once existed between police officers. Many speak of the “Thin Blue Line” a line that has been fragmented over the years, we believe in the “Blue Wall” that once existed and will remain within our membership.

Instead of the Harley Davidson only requirement, we adopted the American made V-Twin requirement. There are a lot of young active officers and others in the criminal justice field that are supporting families that find themselves in a position that they want to ride, but cannot justify the expense of a traditional V-twin. We want all to feel welcomed. and experience the Brotherhood.
